We develop and identify opportunities where there is the ability to create value through strategic enhancement, detailed exit strategies, and/or securing income to cover costs if a hold. Experience comes from both the principal and advisory side of the business. Past experience includes advising on numerous transactions with pension fund advisors, opportunity funds, REITS, private equity, NYSE traded homebuilders, land owners, banks, individual investors, and commercial/residential developers.  We strive at acquisitions and dispositions.  The consulting division for the most part supports the acquisition process but is available for other projects.
