Gregory Brown serves as President. In this capacity, he is responsible for overall coordination of the acquisition/disposition goals for our clients and for achieving the company’s development projections focusing on the firms target markets of SE Florida and Chicago North. 

Prior to his current position, Greg worked 5 years for a private equity fund in Chicago as an acquisitions and development manager. During his tenure at Bucktown REIT, he was involved in over $300M in transactions including acquisitions, development, re-financings, and joint ventures covering over 5,000 units/homes.  After his time in Chicago, he worked 7 years for Toll Brothers in Florida as head of land acquisitions where he was responsible for more than $500M in real estate transactions.  Thereafter, Greg moved to head up acquisitions and dispositions for 3 years at The Pugliese Company located in Delray Beach, FL.  For Pugliese, he set up an auction for office and warehouse product, established portfolio offerings for raw and entitled land, purchased various types of distressed real estate in FL and NJ which included everything from Single Family Homes to 1M square foot buildings.  He also managed and leased up existing retail, office, and industrial properties owned by the company.

Jamie Newton servers as a Financial Analyst.  She graduated from MIT with a degree in real estate finance and is a valuable member of the team.  She prepares proformas tailored to our clients investment needs and exit strategies.

Ryan Wagner is a licensed salesperson, CCIM, and property manager licensed.  He brings 12 years of experience and a record of great success with over $100M in transactions.  He also assists the company in staying in tune with targeted A location submarkets thru attending all P&Z meetings.
